Director Product Design
Scale and lead a multi-disciplinary product design team in a hyper growth start-up to build out digital products, while standing-up a flexible design system to enable design-at-scale, create multi-faceted user research approach to develop insights, optimize design operations and processes to deliver 2 sprints ahead, creative direction on redesign of core apps, implementation of content strategy and governance model for digital products.

Curated the design system, conceptualized and actualized on features for both existing and new MVP products. I worked closely with the product team to solve problems critical to building out the foundation for MVP.
